Refund Policy

Odigos offers managed AI agent hosting on a monthly subscription basis. We want you to be satisfied with the service. If you're not, here's how refunds work.

1. Monthly Subscriptions

All subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel, your agent continues to run until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued for cancellations mid-cycle.

2. First 7 Days

If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of your subscription, contact us and we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked.

3. Service Issues

If your agent experiences significant downtime or service issues caused by our infrastructure (not third-party LLM provider outages), we'll issue a prorated credit for the affected period. Contact us with details of the issue.

4. Custom Builds & Consulting

Custom agent development and consulting engagements are scoped and priced per project via a separate Statement of Work. Refund terms for custom work are defined in the individual agreement.

5. How to Request a Refund

Contact us via the chat widget on our site, through the contact form, or by emailing the address provided in your subscription confirmation. We aim to process refund requests within 3 business days.

6. Changes

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Changes take effect when posted to this page.
