Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the odigos.one website, the Odigos managed hosting service, or engaging Odigos for consulting services.
By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Odigos offers three lines of service:
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Outputs from the Odigos agent are probabilistic. They may be incorrect, incomplete, biased, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or acting on them. Odigos makes no representation that any specific output will be accurate or fit for your purpose.
Outputs from the Odigos agent are not financial, medical, legal, tax, or other professional advice. Consult a licensed professional in the relevant field before making decisions that require professional expertise.
If you authorize the agent to take actions on your behalf -- sending messages, modifying files, calling APIs, making purchases, or any other action with real-world effect -- you own the consequences of those actions. You are responsible for maintaining backups of any system the agent can write to. Odigos does not pre-approve, monitor, or guarantee the outcome of agent actions.
Odigos does not monitor, review, or verify individual agent outputs in real time. The agent acts on the instructions you give it.

Unless stated in a custom SOW, the underlying frameworks, methodologies, and source code remain the intellectual property of Odigos (subject to the MIT license for the open source release). The specific configuration, prompts, uploaded files, and agent memory generated for or by you remain yours.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Odigos disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Third-party LLM APIs and underlying hardware are outside Odigos's direct control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Odigos's total aggregate liability arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred US dollars ($100), or (b) the fees you paid to Odigos in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
In no event shall Odigos be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, lost business opportunities, lost goodwill, business interruption, or the cost of substitute goods or services, even if Odigos has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Odigos and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the service, your content, your authorization of agent actions, or your violation of these Terms.
Odigos is not liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events outside its reasonable control, including outages of upstream LLM providers, hosting providers, network infrastructure, or acts of God.
Odigos may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation behavior is governed by the Refund Policy.
The agent's behavior is non-deterministic by design and evolves over time. Features may be added, changed, or removed. Odigos makes no guarantee that any specific past behavior will continue.
Use of the service is subject to United States export control laws. You agree not to use the service in violation of those laws or in any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive US sanctions.
If you believe content available through the service infringes your copyright, send a written notice through our contact form containing the information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). Odigos will respond to valid notices in accordance with the DMCA.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, and you waive any objection to that venue.
Odigos may modify these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Odigos regarding the service. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
